Tube laser cutting
Three machines — Trumpf TruLaser 7000, Bodor K230, Bystronic Tubestar 130 — cutting round tube up to 10″ OD and square or rectangular profiles to 9″, with wall thickness to ½″. Prototyping through high-volume production, with real redundancy so your schedule never rides on one machine.

Sheet metal & forming
10kW fiber lasers with an automated material tower cut flat stock up to 1″ thick on 5×10 sheets — running 24/7, lights out — backed by three CNC press brakes to 8 ft and 80 tons. Tube and sheet under one roof means brackets, gussets, and plates arrive with the tubes they bolt to.

Welding & turnkey products
Sixteen full-time welders and six robotic cells take cut parts through complete welded assemblies — powder coating, zinc plating, and galvanizing fully managed by our finishing team, packaged with full hardware by our in-house logistics team, and shipped anywhere in the world. SEC. 02 — INDUSTRIES SERVED
Built for the Texas boom
Data centers, power infrastructure, and heavy construction are being built across Texas at a pace the supply chain is struggling to match. Tube laser capacity is the bottleneck — and we built our shop around it.
01
Data centers
Racking, cable tray supports, containment frames, and structural steel for hyperscale and colocation builds on unforgiving timelines.
02
Electrical & switchgear
Enclosure frames, skids, and precision-cut tube for switchgear, e-houses, and power distribution equipment manufacturers.
03
Structural & infrastructure
Handrail, guardrail, canopy steel, and miscellaneous metals for commercial construction and public infrastructure projects.
04
OEM & product manufacturing
Recurring production runs for equipment builders — furniture, fitness, agricultural, trailer, and specialty vehicle frames.
SEC. 03 — WHY TEXAS TUBE LASER
