DWG NO. TTL-003 · SHEET METAL & FORMING

Flat stock. Cut, formed, finished.

10kW fiber lasers with an automated material tower cutting full 5×10 sheets up to 1″ thick around the clock, three CNC press brakes forming to 8 feet and 80 tons, and welding and finishing handled on the same PO. The brackets, gussets, and plates arrive with the tubes they bolt to — one PO, one truck.

FIG. 2 — FIBER LASER CUTTING

10kW fiber laser cutting

Tower-fed — cutting 24/7, lights out

High-power fiber lasers cut clean, square edges through everything from gauge material to 1″ plate, across a full 5×10 bed. An attached automated material storage tower feeds the laser sheet after sheet — so it cuts around the clock, unattended, without ever stopping to wait on a forklift. Big jobs that stall other shops for weeks come off our table in days. No other shop in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex runs this combination of capability and speed.

SEC. 02 — CNC FORMING

Press brake forming

Three CNC brakes — 8-foot beds, 80 tons

Three CNC press brakes put repeatable, accurate angles into laser-cut blanks — brackets, channels, enclosures, and formed panels held consistent from the first part to the last, with enough capacity that forming never becomes the bottleneck. Because the same shop cuts the blank and forms it, bend allowances are dialed into the flat pattern before the laser ever fires.

SEC. 03 — WELDING & FINISHING

Welded assemblies

Sixteen full-time welders and six robotic cells join cut and formed parts — sheet to sheet, sheet to tube — into complete weldments, in the same building where the parts were made.
